The range includes motorized and automatic probe heads.

Models PH10M, PH10MQ, PH10M PLUS, PH10MQ PLUS, PH20 & REVO each with the capacity to house a series of probes and extensions, with orientation in 720 repeatable positions, which facilitates access to the most difficult work surfaces.
This allows parts to be inspected from different angles without losing time due to frequent changes of groups of probes.
Variants of the PH10 heads are now delivered with a revised repeatability specification of just 0.4 µm (2σ) (specified at 100mm distance), giving users improved stylus tip positioning.
